If weather conditions are unsuitable or the balloon cannot operate safely, we will work with you to provide one of the following options:
Option 1 — Change Your Flight Time
Move your booking to another available flight time on the same day.
Option 2 — Change Your Flight Date
Move your booking to another available day.
Option 3 — Full Refund
Cancel your flight and receive a full refund when the flight is cancelled by VLT Tours due to unsuitable weather or unsafe operating conditions.
For bookings made directly through the VLT Tours Office, applicable refunds will be handled directly by our office.
