We do not provide any refunds for tours purchased using the online store. The only instance where a refund is can happen is when the weather does not allow for your purchased tour to safely continue.
For example, when the weather is bad balloons can not fly, so we give the opportunity to change the flight date to a later day or we offer a full refund at the VLT Tour office in cash. No bank transfers or credit card refunds allowed, only cash refunds.
